The Midnight Storyteller Episode 4 - Passport, Bacon, and the End of the World

Fri, 11 Apr 2025 11:47:00 GMT

Tonight, we dive headfirst into the absurd with three tales of mishap, mystery, and maybe a little meaning. From a border crossing that hinges on sheer audacity, to a bacon-induced existential crisis, and finally, a man so locked into his routine that not even an impending apocalypse can shake him — these stories remind us that sometimes life’s strangest moments are the ones that stick with us the longest.

Settle in, dear listener. The Midnight Storyteller is here to guide you through the chaos.

Featured Stories:

• The Dog Ate My Passport — A missing passport, a reckless road trip, and the art of bluffing your way across borders.

• Bacon Story — One man. One piece of possibly expired bacon. A quest for truth.

• Business As Usual — The world is ending… but Roger has emails to send.

The Midnight Storyteller Episode 3 - Echoes of the Unseen

Fri, 14 Mar 2025 11:07:00 GMT

In this special extended episode of The Midnight Storyteller, we journey into the depths of cosmic horror with Echoes of the Unseen. When Dr. Avelina Thorne, a linguist specializing in lost languages, arrives at the isolated Vermillion Station, she expects an intellectual challenge. Instead, she finds an artifact that defies reason — its shifting glyphs are not just symbols but something far more ancient, something alive.

As Avelina unravels the mystery, reality itself begins to distort, and she is drawn into a labyrinth of knowledge too vast for the human mind to comprehend. What secrets lie hidden within the artifact? And what happens when language itself becomes a doorway to the unknown?

Settle in for a chilling, atmospheric tale that explores the dangers of curiosity, the fragility of the mind, and the horrors lurking just beyond the veil of understanding.

The Midnight Storyteller - Episode 1

Fri, 10 Jan 2025 12:00:00 GMT

Marking the debut of The Midnight Storyteller, this episode features a few stories featured in my short story collection “Tales from a Midnight Caprice” available on Amazon

“He Who Shouldn’t Be”

Oliver, a seemingly ordinary man in perfect health, visits the doctor for a routine checkup. What begins as a standard examination soon turns into a perplexing mystery that leaves the medical team questioning everything they know about life and death.

“Never Meet Your Heroes”

At a bustling convention, a devoted fan braves endless distractions and temptations to meet his idol, comic book legend Bruce Eastman, and secure a prized autograph. However, the long-awaited encounter takes an unexpected turn, leaving him to confront the bittersweet reality of meeting one’s heroes.

“Subtle Flaws”

A smitten bar patron spots an enchanting woman reading Dune and, inspired by a romantic whim, crafts a paper plane to deliver his offer to buy her a drink. His poetic gesture, intended to charm, takes a hilariously wrong turn.
