Synopsis:
Devi, a powerful and ruthless sorcerer, is on the verge of ultimate domination when her stolen powers are ripped away. These powers become mystical orbs called "Wisps," scattered across a U.S. city, capable of merging magical creatures’ essence with living beings including Devi herself, now trapped in the body of a black cat. For Devi, this is a setback but also an opportunity. She manipulates a group of teenagers, striking deceptive deals that transform them into Drago-Bonds, empowered by the Wisps. Bound by these pacts, they are forced to fight monsters born from the same chaotic magic. Each victory brings Devi closer to regaining her strength, as the Drago-Bonds realize their greatest enemy might just be the one who gave them their power.
