With themes of codependency, alcoholism, and tentacle fantasy, this nine-episode story takes you on an adventure of feminine self-actualization at the turn of the 20th century on the coast of Maine.

Worried about the worse case scenarios concerning Paul’s absence, Nora takes a deeper look into the stresses and reliefs of her life before her love was lost at sea.
Memories of her unique, soothing sexual life with Paul are juxtaposed with her chaotic, volatile home life with her father. Paul and Nora promise themselves to each other through the Irish belief of “anam cara”, and she wonders if it still applies today.

She still holds out hope that her fiancé, lost at sea for a year, will return and take her away from a life of mundane service. Until then, her mind takes refuge in a fantasy relationship with a very specific mythological creature.
