Theatre company A Monkey With Cymbals are proud to announce their first ever audio play, 'The Notorious Mrs Ebbsmith' by Arthur Wing Pinero, adapted by Claire Louise Amias and directed by Pradeep Jeyaratnam-Joyner. The project is sponsored by the brilliant Aspire Leadership, will help to raise funds for the charity Refuge which you can donate to here: http://bit.ly/Ebbsmith The year is 1895. Agnes Ebbsmith, a socialist and proto-feminist, and Lucas Cleeve, a defecting young Tory whom she has nursed back to health after a breakdown, are staying in Venice, planning a new kind of partnership.
