Strange things occurred in the mid 1800's near a town called Charlton, in Clinton County Pennsylvania. The account of a strange beast was recorded in a book by someone during this time period. This beast was forever enshrined into the history of Clinton County. In 2011, the Giwoggle was crowed 'Clinton County's Official Monster'. But what exactly is a Giwoggle?
