Wayne Collins was murdered in the parking lot of Buick City on the night of Reagan’s 1984 re-election. His daughter, Elena, time-travels from 2018 to find and stop the murderer. Her first step upon arriving, several months before the murder, is to go under cover and connect with her family members.
