The World of Arkonis Episode 23 – AD&D 1e, Season 2 Starts here!

Welcome to Season 2! This season starts off with a bang, as we continue the story in the land of Dunmoevin, the land of the Dwarfs. Ulfric is freed from the events of last seasons mix up, but a new player joins the group named Lord Faulk. Lord Faulk as a favor to the church is there to observe Ulfric and his friends to make sure they are on the up and up. He is there to assist and help in any way as well. The group finds out things have changed slight with the laws in the land; and a strange boy leads them into a mysterious quest to a temple of mysteries.

Welcome to Bonus Episode #1 of the World of Arkonis Podcast! This originally the start of a new season…but we made it a bonus episode instead. In this season things change up a bit, like the rules as DM Vince introduces the listeners to a game he wrote, Mazes & Perils. The game is being play tested by this group as this is the 2nd edition of this game. Its stream lined for fast play, but yet still has old school roots. So same world, same players, same characters just new rules, listen in as we kick things off in this short 30 minute adventure. The guys after finding out UIfric can’t leave town for 30 days, goes to the Magistrate and begs for a way to get him to be able to leave freely.

The World of Arkonis Episode 11 – Bow to the GodKing

The group enlists the help of Rupert to help find their back into the castle to get their items back and run into some other troubles as Ulfric bumbles his way through the Church of Viana, telling Monsieur Carl about Deveros threat and that he and his fellow party members were part of the resistance. Steve quickly figures out there is something wrong as he tries to get Ulfric out of the bad situation he got the two of them into. Meanwhile Steelfang takes a nap in the hideout.. in the corner. Steve manages to leave the church, but Ulfric is detained for further questions, as Steve and Steelfang hatch a plan to get Ulfric out, but make things worse for Ulfric.

The World of Arkonis Episode 04 – Licking their wounds, regroup time!

This week the groups after getting their asses handed to them by the “morlocks” in the sewer system, regroup and try to recover from the battle by running back to Rupert’s Magic shop, haggle with the owner for the prices. After the exchange is completed the group heads back into the inn and get a mysterious note from a “Friends” named “M” and she gives the group some information of interest about the silver robed society and about her sister being kidnapped. A ceremony is coming soon and needs to be stopped right away. While figuring out a plan, Old Humey decides to get the secret password to get into club dark.

The World of Arkonis Episode 03 – The tunnels are everywhere!

The group decide to bed down for the night in the inn, and decide to take watches while in the room because they do not trust the place. While bedding down for the night, Old Humey witnesses a woman in the alley way being dragged by some men dressed in silver robes. They attempt to investigate by the trail goes cold as they move onto finding out more about the “Duke”, as they find he lives comfortable in town in a nice large house. Old Humey finds a way to break into the house, and finds out some interesting information about what the Duke is up to, and the tunnels under the town.

Traveling to the main city of the land to find out the answers they seek, they run into some troubles along the way, get lost in the main city various times, attempt to figure out the mystery of “Club Darkness”, visit the Red Light District, and find the Duke in “Club Dance”, employee a dancer named Bingo Starr to grab a personal item from the Duke. Laughs are had, fun found and adventure unfolds as the group explores the main city!
