Hello everyone, settle in, settle in! Well, it always feels bittersweet to reach the end of a semester, but today is our last meeting of this lecture series on The Keepers. I hope you have been filling out your study guides. We last left Virgil and Jacques in the dark and dreary depths of the Chaga Mines following their battle against the Malamar known as the Cunning Serpent. Having rescued all but one of the missing people of Amanita Town, Team Catapult convinced Pandora to allow them to search the remainder of the mine for the last abducted resident.
But a sinister power still lurks in the shadows of the cave, a dark passenger carried by the unaware Jacques. Can Virgil guide his beloved companion back to the surface? Will our young initiates find what they’re searching for to complete their mission? And what will be revealed if our heroes once again find themselves in the light of day? Let’s find out in our tale’s conclusion… Final Exam.

Hello class, please take a seat! I hope you’ve been studying because our final is rapidly approaching. We are getting ever closer to the end of this lecture series on the Keepers, and the events we cover today will definitely be on the test. We last left Virgil and Jacques in the Chaga Mine with Pandora, searching for the missing villagers in what they believe to be the home of the Gliscor and Drapion.
As our heroes descended into the mine, they came across a horde of Gligar along with other evidence of the predators’ habitation. But as Team Catapult investigates this supposedly abandoned butte, a dark presence beckons to them from deeper within. What lurks in the shadows of the Chaga Mine? What horrors must our young heroes face next? And will Virgil find the key he’s searching for? Let’s find out in our latest installment… Cunning Serpent!

Alright class, settle down and make your way to your seats. Today we are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers - we are nearing the end of this semester, and we’ve still got some big events to cover. After leaving the Artisan’s Alley with an array of new clothes and accessories for their Pokémon, Virgil, Jacques, and Pandora are now preparing to find and investigate the home of the Gliscor and Drapion.
Hoping to get an answer as to what amplified the violent nature of these dreadful beasts, Team Catapult and chaperone have decided to investigate the rock formation near the destroyed merchant’s cart and the mysterious butte that was revealed through Jacques’ visions. How have these creatures affected the rest of the desert residents? What unexpected encounters may happen as our heroes conduct their investigation? And how scary could a monster lair really be? Let’s find out in our latest installment… A Bewitching Butte!

Hello everyone, settle in please. We are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers today, following Team Catapult’s dealings the morning after the Showdown at Low Noon. Late in the night, Jacques found himself in his strange dream realm once more, his focus being pulled toward a large formation in the Deathcap Desert - a butte with an odd glow about it. With questions lingering about the origin of the predatory Pokémon, our heroes are set to investigate this mysterious locale.
But before that, our young Initiates have decided that it would be best to investigate the local market first, because merchants usually know things. And so we find Virgil and Jacques on the hunt for information, and perhaps trying to procure goods and services along the way. What is this place like in the daytime when there aren’t beasts lurking on the outskirts of town? What clues can Team Catapult pick up from the townsfolk? Is this really just a shopping episode in disguise? Let’s find out in our latest installment… Artisan’s Alley!

Hello class, please take your seats. Today we are resuming our lecture series on the Keepers after the big, climactic events that we discussed last week. We last left Virgil and Jacques in the direct aftermath of their showdown against the Gliscor and Drapion in the middle of Amanita Town. Through careful planning, clever execution, and some timely improvisation, they managed to capture both of the awful beasts.
However, the battle has taken its toll, and we find our young initiates battered, bruised, and exhausted. As Team Catapult goes to bandage their wounds and restore their strength, it seems that the people of this desert town can rest easy once again. But questions still remain… what did these creatures really want? Where did they come from? And what has happened to the people who have gone missing? Let’s find out in our latest installment… Real Eyes Realize Real Lies!

Alright class, settle in, settle in. We are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers, and today is a big one! We last left Virgil and Jacques making their final preparations for the monsters’ upcoming attack. After getting some key information and just as importantly, a Shard, they settled on a plan to attempt to protect the town and defeat the beasts.
As the most thematically appropriate time of night approaches, the moment for our young Initiates to confront the monsters from the desert is almost here. With Chevalier the Eevee let loose to be a distraction while Virgil and Jacques launch their assault and with Pandora nearby for support, Team Catapult is feeling as ready and confident as they’ll ever be. What are the beasts encroaching upon Amanita Town? What do they really want? And will Team Catapult put an end to their reign of terror tonight? Let’s find out in our latest installment… Showdown at Low Noon!

Hello everyone, welcome back, please take your seats, so we can get class started. Today we are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers as the real twists and turns of our tale approach. If you recall, we last left Virgil and Jacques conducting their investigation of Amanita Town, attempting to discern what awful beasts had been attacking the settlement, what they were after, and the best way to stop them. Whether it was a shocking revelation or a grim reminder, seeing the destruction left behind by the creatures was unsettling to say the least.
After doing a large amount of evidence gathering and obtaining answers to some of their most urgent questions, our young Initiates are heading into the next phase of their mission: developing a plan of attack. What last-minute information can Virgil and Jacques get to help them achieve their goal? How will they even attempt to deal with creatures that seem so far out of their league? And will Team Catapult get the street cred they so desperately long for? Let’s find out in our latest installment… No Mistake!

Kinoko Origins - Ep 12: Amanita Aberrations
Mon, 08 Mar 2021 10:00:00 +0000
Hello class, everyone get to your seats, we’ve got a lot to cover today. We are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers, and things are only going to ramp up from here. Where we last left off, Virgil and Jacques had overcome what felt like the universe itself throwing something that they were incredibly ill-equipped for directly at them in the form of two large, territorial bird Pokémon. Their unlikely victory was a strong reminder of the power of wits and the mind over sheer force, and an important confidence boost leading into the encounter to come.
Now that our young Initiates are feeling better about their abilities and Pandora doesn’t feel like she has to babysit them (as much as she did, anyway), our trio of Keepers are making their way into Amanita Town to begin tracking down the beasts threatening the dusty settlement. What do the people of Amanita Town know about the awful creatures? What has happened to the unfortunate souls who have encountered them already? And will Team Catapult get the information they need before the beasts come again? Let’s find out in our latest installment… Amanita Aberrations!

Fri, 19 Feb 2021 10:00:00 +0000
Alright everyone, settle in, settle in. Today we are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers. As I’m sure you’ll recall, we last left Virgil and Jacques on the road to Amanita Town with Pandora as their chaperone. She set up a training exercise for them to try their hand at tracking, and the boys took it upon themselves to battle two large and ferocious beasts that they found in the process of attacking each other - a far cry from, well, crying at the thought of sparring with each other.
Now that their adrenaline is pumping, Team Catapult has decided to try their luck looking for something bigger and badder to fight. Is this plan as ill-advised as it sounds? Will it pay off for Virgil and Jacques to hit the EXP grind this hard? Or will their hubris be their downfall? Pandora’s on standby in case they royally mess this up, so let’s find out what happens in our latest installment… Food Chain!

Thu, 11 Feb 2021 10:00:00 +0000
Hello everyone, please take a seat. Today we will be continuing our lecture series on the Keepers. Where we last left off, Virgil and Jacques took care of some final business before departing for Amanita Town with Pandora. Because a backpack to put your Slowpoke in is very important. The team hit the road in the Iron Chariot and stopped after a while for a little training session. While Pandora searched the area, the boys decided to do a little wild Pokémon catching, with… varying degrees of success.
Now that their crying is nearly at an end, it’s time for some real on-the-job training, getting a lay of the land and encountering something a little more dangerous than small birds. What test has Pandora come up with for our young initiates? Will Virgil and Jacques find themselves in over their heads? And will this test actually help the boys understand more about the world around them? Let’s find out in our latest installment… Ecosystem!

Thu, 04 Feb 2021 10:00:00 +0000
Hello class, please take a seat and settle in. Today we are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers. Where we last left off, Virgil and Jacques spent the night in the Keeper Fortress having wounds attended to and gearing up to leave for their next mission. Virgil began his journey into Pokeball crafting under the tutelage of Gregor, and Jacques learned that the mysterious shrine had bestowed a strange ability upon him.
With the morning’s unusual occurrences allegedly at an end, the time has come for our young initiates to depart for Amanita Town with Pandora as their guardian. How else will they manage to delay their departure? What information has Pandora been keeping from them? And is this Slowpoke *really* going to become an integral part of Team Catapult? Let’s find our latest installment… Chudpack!

Thu, 28 Jan 2021 23:38:08 +0000
Hello everyone, and welcome back. I hope you enjoyed your break. Today, we are resuming our lecture series on the Keepers. If you recall, we last left off with Virgil and Jacques returning to the Keeper Fortress after a few hours of free time inexplicably became a life-altering experience. Bloodied and bruised from an encounter with some large feline Pokémon, they came across a mysterious shrine in the Shiitake Forest that left them with more questions than answers as they were confronted by phantoms of their past, present, and future.
We now find our young initiates standing in the Great Hall of the Fortress at the end of their strange field trip, in need some good rest before their next mission tomorrow. Will the other Keepers be suspicious of what Team Catapult has been up to? What has become of the foul creatures they caught in the wilderness? And whose bodily functions will be talked about way too much?! Let’s find out in our latest installment: Mental State!

Those most at risk for PTSD include people who have suffered traumatic incidents in the past…. people with poor social support… and those with a family or individual history of anxiety, depression, or a personality disorder. Traumatic events that result from intentional actions present a greater risk than impersonal disasters… Bad omens include regarding your reactions as a sign of weakness, believing (correctly or not) that others are not responding sympathetically or helpfully, fearing that it will happen again, fearing that you will break down if you think too much about it, ruminating about why it happened to you and not to someone else, how it could have been prevented, or how someone can be blamed or punished for it.

“Conspiracy theories” are attempts to explain the ultimate causes of significant social and political events and circumstances with claims of secret plots by two or more powerful actors… While often thought of as addressing governments, conspiracy theories could accuse any group perceived as powerful and malevolent.
Politics presents circumstances similar to other social conflicts: There are “winners” and “losers” in highly competitive situations, one group (usually a party) is more powerful than others, and the stakes of the conflict are real.
…[E]specially when those events stimulate the psychological states linked to conspiracy beliefs, such as low political trust, feelings of powerlessness, uncertainty, and unpredictability.

VILLAGERS - Ep. 7 - The Sanitarium
Fri, 09 Oct 2020 19:11:35 +0000
…more than 250 mental institutions were built across America between the mid-1800s and the early 20th century… some are being repurposed as apartments, hotels, and even the new headquarters for the Department of Homeland Security. One of the most significant transformations is in a city in northern Michigan… the old Traverse City State hospital.
“This would have been a men’s ‘most disturbed’ ward,” said developer [REDACTED]….
Now they are condominums.
“…apparently nobody else was willing to step up to try to save it.”

Kinoko Origins - Ep 7: Curious
Thu, 10 Sep 2020 06:27:13 +0000
Alright class, please find your seats. We are continuing our lecture series on the Keepers today as we come back to Virgil and Jacques on their way home to the Keeper Fortress. Where we last left off, the young initiates had staved off an ambush from a couple of vicious predators that had been hunting them in the Shiitake Forest. Following their unlikely success, the boys took a moment to acknowledge their accomplishments before continuing on their way home. After all, they would have quite the journey ahead of them and were certainly looking worse for wear.
We now find the initiates walking through the forest, drawing closer to their destination and bringing an end to their free evening. But these young lads aren’t out of the woods yet - it seems that some adventure still awaits before they can lay their weary heads to rest. What other mysteries lurk in the Shiitake Forest? Will the boys’ past come back to haunt them? And will Jacques attempt to play the lute… again?! Let’s find out in our latest installment: Curious!

Kinoko Origins - Ep 6: This Is What It Is
Thu, 27 Aug 2020 05:50:34 +0000
Alright everyone, take a seat. Today, our lecture series on the Keepers continues as we find Virgil and Jacques in a precarious position. Previously, they had been given some free time to spend the evening as they saw fit before departing for Amanita Town. The boys decided to spend their time catching Pokémon to prepare for their next mission since their current teams didn’t seem like the most helpful fit for the task ahead. They caught quite a variety of Pokémon that would become instrumental on their journey, and also the Wretched Beast. But we’ll get back to that later.
We now find our young initiates in the Shiitake Forest at the base of the Hoothoot’s tree. Thanks to the keen eyes of Chev, they are now aware that they’re being watched from the trees and the underbrush. What fierce predators are stalking our heroes? Will they run from conflict or stand tall? And will an unlikely champion arise from this new threat? Let’s find out in our latest installment: This Is What It Is!

Sun, 16 Aug 2020 22:34:50 +0000
Alright class, let’s get to our seats. Today, we will be continuing our lecture series on the Keepers as Virgil and Jacques prepare to go on their next mission. Last time, the young initiates met many of the other Keepers - Gregor (the artificer and inventor of the Pokéball), Kieran (the beastmaster), Henrik (the enchanter and inventor of TMs), and Amelia (the healer and potion crafter) - all of whom were instrumental in the early days of the organization.
After receiving their briefing on the upcoming mission in Amanita Town involving something referred to as the “Sand Demon,” Virgil and Jacques find themselves with some free time before their departure tomorrow morning. What will they do to prepare for the journey ahead? Will they recruit new friends to their cause? And will a simple jaunt in the woods turn out to be more than they bargained for? Let’s find out in our latest installment: Wretched Beast!

Kinoko Origins - Ep 4: Coworkers
Thu, 30 Jul 2020 17:48:12 +0000
Alright everyone, please have a seat. Have a seat. Today our lecture series on the history of the Keepers continues as we pick up with Virgil and Jacques receiving their official starter Pokémon, a Bulbasaur and a Charmander, and subsequently refusing to battle each other. Sometimes it is easy to forget that Pokémon battling was once not so common as it is today. But nevertheless, the young initiates remained a part of the organization and didn’t just call it quits right there. Thank goodness.
We now return to the scene at the Keeper Fortress, where they will have their first encounters with some of the other major figures in the early history of the Keepers. Will getting to know their teammates help the boys feel more at home? Or will they begin to doubt their decisions even more? And what mission awaits out young heroes once they return from their meet and greet? Let’s find out in our latest installment: Coworkers!

Alright everyone, take your seats. Today we continue our lecture series on the Keepers. If you do recall, we left off with Virgil and Jacques on the outskirts of Shiitake City. They managed to track down, battle, and capture the wild Butterfree and Venonat that had been causing the chaos out in the farmlands. Ellie’s fire typing put them in an advantageous position, while Chevalier struggled with facing the large and terrible butterfly Pokémon.
We now find the initiates with the old man they rescued from the wild Pokémon. What will the boys do now that they’ve completed their mission? Report back to the fortress immediately, or take care of some other business while they’re in town? What rewards will await them when they return to the Keeper fortress? Previously: The gang ran into some trouble on their way to deliver Mateo - namely, an angry mob led by a mage who wanted Roarke, dead or alive. Tabitha shot from behind, Roarke charged in headfirst, Zara sprouted her wings, and Frank flung some fireballs.
In this episode: Our charred chums are more than a little worse for wear after that battle, and so are their hostage and escorts. If not for the Bakers, they might have been toast! But if Mateo or any of the guards are damaged beyond repair, Florentine has made it pretty clear that he will not be happy about it...

Episode 59 - A Citizen's Arrest
Fri, 08 Mar 2019 11:00:00 +0000
Previously: The gang kept Mateo *mostly* in one piece while dealing with Zara's eye troubles... although maybe they should consider changing the name of The Wharf to The Missing Stone. With his spirit now fully broken, Mateo got the joy of spending some extra time with Frank and Tabitha while Roarke and Zara went to meet Florentine.
In this episode: Florentine has sent a few of his guards along to make sure Mateo is brought to him safely. But the streets seem eerily quiet when our capricious couriers set out to make their delivery...

In this episode: Tabitha's got the goods, and our bar-bound band is finally gearing up to see Florentine. Let's hope they don't have any unexpected guests show up before they leave...

Episode 56 - Masterful Fleshwork
Fri, 08 Feb 2019 03:26:12 +0000
Previously: The gang got into a bit of a scuffle with the Red Hounds, and you know what they say - when violence fails, use diplomacy! After ponying up a large sum of gold, our ruffled ruffians got their hands on Mateo and Roarke's skull didn't get turned into a prop from a Gallagher act.
In this episode: Our frazzled friends got what they came for, but they aren't too happy about the price they had to pay for it. Looks like Mateo is in for a long night...
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Episode 55 - Red Hound Showdown
Thu, 31 Jan 2019 10:00:00 +0000
Previously: The gang went to The Wharf to do some reconnaissance before the kidnapping. Frank and Zara did the ol' married couple bit and met the mercenaries guarding Mateo while Tabitha and Roarke snuck in through the cellar. Fast forward a bit - the bartender is dead and Cole knows our friends are not who they seem to be.
In this episode: Well, that escalated quickly! Our clumsy conspirators have blown their cover and it's time for a bar room blitz! Let's hope these Red Hounds aren't as tough as they look...
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Episode 54 - You Look Like A Narc
Fri, 25 Jan 2019 19:30:49 +0000
Previously: The gang came up with a plan to scope out the situation at The Wharf so they could nab Mateo and take him to Florentine. Tabitha gave Zara got a haircut, Roarke reminded everyone of the importance of *not* killing Mateo, and Frank opened up about Salty Jim.
In this episode: Subterfuge, stealthiness, disguises, and danger abound as the gang goes to The Wharf and finds out that they might be getting more than they bargained for!
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Thu, 17 Jan 2019 17:35:30 +0000
Previously: The gang took some time to relax and clean up after their latest sewer adventure. Zara found some cute new undies. Roarke found his new aesthetic. Tabitha spent some time in the kitchen with Roland. And Frank discovered his natural gift for playing drums.
In this episode: Everyone is back together at The Swamp, so it's time to come up with a plan to kidnap this Mateo kid and bring him to Florentine. And we all know how good the gang is at making plans and sticking to them. This should be interesting.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Sat, 12 Jan 2019 05:02:17 +0000
Previously: The gang split up again, with Roarke and Zara waiting in the gore pit while Tabitha and Frank went above ground to meet up with Asher's contact and make their delivery. They made deals for help and for some interesting information, which included a potential way in with Florentine.
In this episode: While Frank and Tabitha are wheelin' and dealin' with our favorite arms dealer, Zara and Roarke have had enough waiting! They're getting outta this sewer in a quest for the most valuable treasure of all... good hygeine.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Episode 51 - The Girthiest Bone
Fri, 04 Jan 2019 00:08:13 +0000
Previously: The gang followed Tabitha and Frank's questionable sense of direction, navigating under the Mulrose River so they could make their delivery. Down in the tunnels, they discovered exactly why Asher's previous packages hadn't been reaching their destination.
In this episode: What might have been our exhausted amigos' longest day has finally come to an end, and they get to greet the new morning surrounded by blood, gore, and troll remains. But it looks like if this package is going to get delivered, they might have to split up one more time...

Episode 50 - Kill It With Fire!
Fri, 21 Dec 2018 01:08:01 +0000
Previously: After many twists and turns and more than a little confusion and frustration, the gang finally reunited down in Asher's tunnels. Tabitha was directionally challenged, Roarke got increasingly cranky, Frank realized he might be a lady, and Zara fell in poop water.
In this episode: Now that our confused crew is back together, they can finish the job for Asher. All they've gotta do is travel under the Mulrose River and make their delivery. That shouldn't be too hard, right? Especially since the last guy who went down here never came back...
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Fri, 14 Dec 2018 07:11:55 +0000
Previously: Frank and Tabitha got roped into doing a job for Solomon Asher, effective immediately. The problem is... that left Roarke and Zara with no idea where they were going or how to meet back up with them. Cue the wacky chase sequence!
In this episode: While Bone Daddy and Titty move through the tunnels to make their delivery, Zarya and the Devil Man are slowly but surely catching up! Will our discombobulated delinquents find a way to reunite with each other, or will this hellish day never end?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Sun, 09 Dec 2018 00:21:33 +0000
Previously: The gang got better acquainted with Roland and learned more about Roarke's past. And after getting some intel from Criv, they decided to head over to The Bakery to introduce themselves to Solomon Asher.
In this episode: Frank and Tabitha are in The Bakery with Solomon and his guards while Roarke and Zara wait outside. With the party split and heavily outnumbered, let's hope that our bold buddies keep the situation from escalating in an... unpleasant way.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Fri, 30 Nov 2018 03:58:22 +0000
Previously: The gang started getting a lay of the land in Ald Lento, finding out about the conflicts between the families that control the various districts of the city. They stopped in at The Swamp to drop off some whiskey for Charles, and were greeted with a familiar face... Roarke's uncle, Roland.
In this episode: After receiving the letter in Crestport too late, Roarke certainly wasn't expecting to run into ol' Uncle Roland. But now that they're back together, it looks like they've got some catching up to do.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Episode 46 - The City of Roses
Thu, 22 Nov 2018 11:00:00 +0000
Previously: Continuing their travels with the Gafiti, the gang made their way to Ald Lento. A tent was spotted in the distance, and after some dark shenanigans, well... I'm not going to point any fingers, but a dagger was thrown and now some dude named Felipe is dead.
In this episode: Our treacherous travelers now find themselves in the City of Roses, a place they know to be run by some rather shifty folks. This is a place full of criminals. Of secrets. Of deals done in the dark.
I think the gang is going to fit in just fine.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Episode 45 - Evocative Murder Weather
Thu, 15 Nov 2018 21:37:22 +0000
Previously: The gang met back up with the Gafiti on the road to Ald Lento! In exchange for helping with a broken down cart, they were given a place to sleep and allowed to travel with the caravan. After an evening of fortunes, dancing, and wiener cheese, they settled in for a night of well-earned rest.
In this episode: The sun is up, and our merry marauders' new friend is nowhere to be found. But the skies are dark on the horizon, and the rain seems to bring out... a different side of the gang.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti
Episode 44 - Wiener Cheese (The Live Show!)
Thu, 08 Nov 2018 18:23:11 +0000
Previously: After settling on a payment for the bet they lost, the gang went back to the temple to sleep off their night on the town. Upon waking, they met with the freshly-resurrected Volkner to discuss aid for Crestport. With that, they parted ways with both the city of Emberstone and Inquisitor Corin. On the road to Ald Lento, our heroes spotted a familiar caravan in the distance.
In this episode: Now that they have been reunited with the Gafiti, our auspicious adventurers are going to get their fortunes read... WITH A LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE! Many thanks to Pipeline Collective for hosting The Quest Company's first ever live show!
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Rragh: Joseph Leitess
Episode 43 - Gettin' the Tuck Outta Here
Tue, 06 Nov 2018 07:37:43 +0000
Previously: After getting a bath together, the gang had a fancy night out on the town! It might have lasted longer were it not for our crafty crew's penchant for scheming. Corin kept soakin' up them UV rays. Zara was Lord of the Dance. Roarke shared his sack. Frank bailed on a bet. And Tabitha got in over her head.
In this episode: So... Tabitha is drunk. Like, really drunk. And she definitely doesn't have the funds to pay for the bet she just lost. And I'm pretty sure Zara isn't down to clown with these gross dwarf dudes. Roarke and Frank's plan kinda crashed and burned, and guys... I think it may be time for us to get the hell out of Emberstone.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 42 - Frank's Got the Sack
Mon, 29 Oct 2018 16:20:49 +0000
Previously: While the gang waited for Volkner to recover from his resurrection, Tabitha and Zara decided it would be fun to go out! Since they don't exactly know how to do that, Roarke decided to show them the way. Frank tagged along since he had nothing better to do, and Corin went outside to soak up the sun.
In this episode: Since the general store was a bust as far as clothes are concerned, our super shoppers are gonna keep looking for new outfits and a place to clean up for their night out! Oh - and Roarke apparently has an idea for a scam involving his new sack. Because we all know how well things work out when these people get ideas.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 41 - Our Aggressive Goblin Baby
Wed, 24 Oct 2018 03:56:40 +0000
Previously: After Garn's Wall of Stone faded, the gang dragged a bunch of dwarf corpses and not-quite-corpses out of the depths of the mountain. Tabitha tried one last time to get her point across. Roarke made a bet with Frank to coerce him into working. Zara's dwarf memorial didn't quite work as planned. And Corin made it clear that he intended to split from the group.
In this episode: Now that our haggard heroes are out of the hole, they've got some time to kill and some personal issues to work out before Volkner is well enough for them to talk to him. You know what that means - it's time to go harass some shopkeepers!
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Thu, 11 Oct 2018 11:00:00 +0000
Previously: The gang spent some time talking with their new orc "friend," and ended up at odds with each other about what to do with him. After some lengthy arguments about morals and justice (and also a fireball), Garn got away. And trapped everyone behind him in the cave. So that's cool.
In this episode: Well... our diplomatic dynamos are stuck in a hole. There's some dead dwarves over there, and an anvil... and a big mysterious door. So, uh... this is going well.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Fri, 05 Oct 2018 01:32:19 +0000
Previously: The gang experienced each other's grieving processes as they all mourned the loss of Frank. That is... until he came back. Because what the hell even is Frank, am I right? Then, deep in the heart of the mountain, our heroes met an unexpected stranger.
In this episode: This mysterious new acquaintance has a story to tell, and as our tired travelers sit around his fire and listening and talking, they must all ask themselves one question: friend... or foe?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 38 - Frank in the Void
Sun, 30 Sep 2018 20:01:02 +0000
Previously: The gang pushed forward through the main vein of the Emberstone mines in search of Volkner and his Red Sentinels. They found the remains of an unknown creature that appeared to have claimed the life of one of Volkner's men, and when one of these same creatures ambushed them, Frank... died?
In this episode: With the loss of a party member, our ragged ramblers are faced with the choice of licking their wounds and moving forward, or abandoning their mission altogether. But as they mourn the loss of their fallen friend, Frank has problems of his own to deal with.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Sat, 08 Sep 2018 16:59:39 +0000
Previously: The gang traveled deeper into the depths of the Emberstone mines and came face-to-face with some of those lovely, oversized, acid-spitting insects! It was a good ol' fashioned rumble, and even Dawson Skreek got in on the action! Afterward, the gang was faced with the choice to head back or keep scouting ahead.
In this episode: Our roughed-up ramblers have decided to keep on truckin' until they run out of flags to find their way back. The dungeon crawl continues as they find evidence that they are on the right track... as well as evidence of more dangerous creatures lurking in the dark.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 36 - Frank's Big Bug Waltz
Mon, 03 Sep 2018 03:18:02 +0000
Previously: Zara's vision of the Sapphire Phoenix led the gang into the mines of Emberstone in an effort to save a stranded and dying Tabitha. Frank was delighted by the local terrifying bug creatures. Corin, not so much. Roarke helped the group come to a compromise for exploring deeper underground.
In this episode: With Tabitha found and back from the brink of death, our reunited renegades are continuing their search for Volkner and his Red Sentinels. As they travel deeper into the depths, who knows what will happen! Perhaps an up-close encounter with the local fauna?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 35 - Guided by the Phoenix
Thu, 23 Aug 2018 13:27:08 +0000
Previously: The gang found out about Volkner and the trapped miners from Krieg and High Confessor Thundermaul. Afterward, Tabitha had a minor freakout and Corin blew his lid, resulting in Zara walking away from the group.
In this episode: As Roarke follows Zara to try and patch things up, a large commotion alerts our quarreling crew to a new development, and a vision reveals a friend in danger. Will the gang put aside their differences to go rescue a person in peril?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess

Tue, 31 Jul 2018 23:14:38 +0000
In Part 6, half of The Gamblers orchestrated a jailbreak from Willowwind's dungeon while the other half found an alternate and very unpleasant path to the same dungeon. Now that (mostly) everyone is back together again, there's ooze to fight and fugitives to keep hidden.
Sounds simple enough, right? ...Right?

Mon, 23 Jul 2018 20:49:20 +0000
Spend enough time on the rim and you're liable to go a little cuckoo.
Ain't nobody to talk to. Nothing to distract you from the business of living.
Lizards and mining equipment aren't great conversationalists.
In fairness, folks coming out here usually ain't too lucid to begin with.
A philosophical question. Which cracked first? The chicken or the egg?

Won't find nothing out in the Empty. An early death, maybe.
Come to think of it, Nothing's got to be our main export.

And in the middle of all this frantic Nothing: us.
Just us.

Previously: With the gates closed and no one being let into the city, the gang tried to take matters into their own hands. In this episode: A shadow passed in front of the sun and a terrible screech rang out from above. A wyvern has descended on the caravans outside of Emberstone! Will our aggressive adventurers be able to stop this ferocious predator before it claims the lives of the travelers stuck outside the city?

Episode 31 - The Gates of Emberstone
Sun, 27 May 2018 23:41:17 +0000
Previously: The gang got themselves together and started making their way to Emberstone. Late during the night, they had an unexpected "visitor" at camp. Roarke taught Tabitha a little about cooking. Frank tried (in his unique way) to keep everyone from getting eaten. Corin got smashed. And Zara got extra crispy.
In this episode: With Shalba dead and Gurz on the run, everyone is settling back down for the night. Our roughed-up renegades are on track to get to Emberstone, so hopefully they won't encounter anymore... unpleasant surprises before they make it into the city.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 30 - Whose Meat Are They Anyway?
Thu, 17 May 2018 17:35:47 +0000
Previously: The gang had a fun and pleasant time hanging out at The Daisy... until they didn't. Zara continued her personal food tour with more pretzels. Frank and Dawson got blackout drunk. Tabitha had a bit of an outburst. Corin woke up cranky. And Charles helped Roarke reconsider the group dynamic.
In this episode: Dawn brings a new day, and our antagonistic adventurers are continuing their journey to Emberstone. Maybe everyone slept off the hard feelings from last night. And maybe being on the road will bring up more pressing issues than hard feelings...
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess

Previously: The gang made their way to Brownwater, and the second half of the trip was fairly uneventful (ya know, except for the cat person and the walking tree). Zara went down on some "pizza." Roarke learned about strange devices like portable brick ovens and circular knives. Frank found something he could taste! Tabitha caught some major air and did not stick the landing. And Corin made a new elderly friend.
In this episode: Now that Stockton has welcomed our tired travelers to Brownwater, it's time for them to get some rest. They'll be spending the night in the local tavern, where the owner - a large, mustached man named Charles - has no idea what kind of night he's in for.

Corin opened up a little about his daughter. Frank started to settle into his own parenting style. And Roarke tried to secure his place as the "cool uncle."
In this episode: Our bombastic band has had a night to rest, and now they can get back on track and head to Brownwater. Who knows what sorts of folks they'll cross paths with out on the open road...

In Part 3, The Gamblers worked on their respective plans, whether those plans were for killing the king or for getting each other into bed. Now with one member of the party flying solo while everyone else is trying to get frisky, make some art, or work on a longer-term assassination plan, who knows what's going to happen?

Previously: The gang made their way out of the Goblin cave, this time at a much more leisurely pace. A little more leisurely than Corin would have liked. Zara got her sight back. Tabitha got up close and personal with a cave painting. Frank befriended(?) a cute lil' goblin. And Roarke couldn't resist the cuteness.
In this episode: Our liability-laden friends are getting the heck outta this cave and heading back to the road to meet up with Balasar and Oreo-Cavalia! Maybe now they can get back to doing the job they were actually sent to do...

Mon, 26 Mar 2018 11:00:00 +0000
In Part 2, The Gamblers made it out of the Darkdew Forest alive and arrived in Castleton. New friends were made, plans began to form, and hair was shaved in a dramatic fashion. Now that that's taken care of, the most important part of this mission can take priority. And no, it's not the whole "assassination" thing.
It's the seduction of teammates.

Episode 25 - Good Morning, Goblins!
Fri, 23 Mar 2018 15:18:44 +0000
Previously: Zara was blinded and captured by Goblins, and the rest of the gang (almost) immediately went to track her down. In the cave, they realized how effective Corin is as a meat shield. Frank made a Goblin crap its pants. Tabitha pulled off an awesome skill shot (but not like Wanted). Roarke kept the group from splitting up even more.
In this episode: Our auspicious adventurers continue to lube their way through the cave in search of Zara. Let's just hope they make it to her before something REALLY bad happens...

Episode 22 – On the Road Again
Wed, 17 Jan 2018 22:48:49 +0000
Previously: During their last night in Crestport, the gang spent some time bonding in the Anyport tavern! Tabitha got a wee bit sloshed. Frank tried his darnedest to do the same, but to no avail. Zara had a very intimate time with some snacks. Roarke did some wheelin' and dealin' to get a couple jobs for the gang to take care of on their way to Emberstone. And Corin did his best keeping it together around all these maniacs.
This episode: Morning means that it's time for our fabulous five to head out on the next part of their adventure! Once the right people are notified of plans and the horse situation is resolved, the gang will be back on the road. And nothing inconvenient or ominous outright bad ever happens while traveling across the country... right?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Fri, 29 Dec 2017 07:00:08 +0000
Previously: They’ve only been in Crestport for one full day, but the gang sure has left their mark already. Tabitha spoke with an old friend. Zara repented for the whole “blinding a guy” thing. Roarke paid money for goods and services. Frank and Corin worried about the intricacies of healing a reanimated skeleton.
This episode: With the day winding down before our artful adventurers set out on the next leg of their journey, there’s only one thing left to do: go back to Anyport and get free drinks! When you’ve got a friendly barkeep and companions like these, things might get just weird enough that you hope you forget them by morning.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
Episode 20 – Ghosts of the Past
Sat, 09 Dec 2017 16:34:09 +0000
Previously: So it turns out that ships cost a LOT of money to replace if they are lost or sunk or stolen. Which left some members of the party wondering if travel by sea is actually the best option for the upcoming journey. Frank and Roarke talked boats. Corin inspired the youth. Tabitha called Zara's bluff. And Zara blinded a guy.
This episode: This chaotic crew has found its largest weakness: downtime. Because when they're not out on a mission to kill something or someone, they have time to stop and think about what they've done, what they're doing, and what they're going to do.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess

Episode 19 – Boats, Books, and Blindness
Mon, 20 Nov 2017 14:54:58 +0000
You know what it is, TRENT.
Previously: The gang met Lord Anton, who requested their aid in his effort to unite the Free States. They agreed to journey to Ald Lento and Emberstone as his representatives, but they've got some time to kill before leaving Crestport. Frank and Roarke finally got their money, and Roarke received a letter too late. Tabitha was given a mysterious mask, Zara went searching for more information about the Sapphire Phoenix, and Corin totally got a crush on the Captain of the Guard.
This episode: Our "helpful" heroes still have most of the day left before embarking on their next journey tomorrow morning. You know what that means... more shopping! And yeah some plot and character development stuff but also... shopping!
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess
NEWRIDGE Episode 1 – Out of the Woods
Tue, 31 Oct 2017 06:07:58 +0000
August 24, 1979. Newridge, Oregon.
The Woods are lovely, dark, and deep. Out here, in the Siskyoe National Forest, time slips away between the Pines and Maples. Perhaps Time itself gets lost wandering through the trails.
A missing sister. Faces in the fog. A curl of smoke off Magus Lake.
To find Mae, Wendell grasped the unknown.
To protect his closest friend, Colt risked life and limb.
These three walk out of the woods and towards home, safety, and civilization. But they must know, listener – surely they must know… That although they’ve returned to Newridge, they’re not out of the woods yet.

Welcome to Episode 18 of The Quest Company! If you have somehow missed the backstories up to this point, you can check them out in previous episodes or on our YouTube page!
Previously: The gang made it back to Crestport and found Ceidron, who enlightened them about Bolest's past before taking them to an inn where they could safely spend the night while his protective trees left the city. Tabitha confronted Corin about the whole "mass murderer" thing. Frank kinda tried to turn Roarke to the Dark Side? Maybe? And Zara wrote an incredibly detailed, well-formatted newsletter.
This episode: Since Frank and Roarke got caught trying to sneak out of the inn by themselves, the whole crew is heading to the keep to warn of the impending danger from Dagger Point. Hopefully they'll get an audience with Lord Anton! And if they do, maybe they'll find out why Tabitha is acting so weird about him...

Episode 17 – Terms and Conditions
Wed, 25 Oct 2017 21:39:11 +0000
Welcome to Episode 17, the first episode of Season 2 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:54 mark of the episode.
Previously: After narrowly escaping the sacking of Dagger Point, the gang made their way south through the Hollow Woods in an attempt to keep soldiers from following them on their way to Crestport. After Roarke and Tabitha spotted smoke in the distance, Zara and Corin got closer and saw the smoldering remains of a town called Weltrom. Frank yelled for Ceidron. Like a lot. A few arguments and one sweet headshot later, the party arrived at their destination.
This episode: Our harrowed hooligans made it back to Crestport, moving past trees of hanging soldiers and finding themselves in a sleeping paradise. And who was waiting for them? That good ol' horny boy, Ceidron! Even though things went a little awry for the gang there at the end in Dagger Point, he does have his end of the bargain to uphold...

Sun, 15 Oct 2017 15:48:48 +0000
Welcome to Episode 16 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:48 mark of the episode.
Previously: Seeing the chaos below, the gang made the quick decision that they needed to get the hell out of Dagger Point... but weren't really on the same page about how. Frank went into full self-preservation mode. Roarke, Zara, and Corin tried to help some of the town's citizens before realizing the futility of their efforts. And Tabitha defied all the odds and ran out right through the front door.
This episode: Back in the Hollow Woods, our worried wanderers must navigate their way back to Crestport without the help of magical trees to show them the way. Their only hope at this point is that the sleeping people of Crestport are still alive, and that Ceidron is still willing to hold up his end of the bargain.

Previously: After the assassination of Baron Dagon, the gang awoke and found themselves in a dungeon deep below Dagon's keep. Midway through an interrogation conducted by Inquisitor Corin, bodies hit the floor outside, and our heroes ran. Tabitha turned left at just the right time. Roarke didn't take too kindly to being a prisoner. Frank put it all on the line, and Zara had a distraction that let him make it out alive.
This episode: Our accidental outlaws managed to make it out of the dungeon, but just barely. Now that they've made it outside, what will they do to escape the chaos of Dagger Point?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti / Inquisitor Corin: Joseph Leitess

Previously: After a raucous night at the festival, the gang was invited to a brunch with Baron Dagon of Dagger Point. Zara ate a mountain of waffles. Tabitha "enjoyed the sausage." Frank started to open up about Salty Jim. Dagon was assassinated as the group was about to leave. And Roarke was the last man standing.
This episode: Where are our lovable idiots now? What happened to them after they were knocked out? And will they be accused of the murder of Baron Dagon? A certain Inquisitor definitely has some questions he wants answered.

And a festival can only mean one thing... mini games, run by an omnipresent game announcer! Zara was very supportive. Roarke made it as far as he could on fantasy Mount Midoriyama. Frank and Tabitha had an all-out brawl over the magic arrow, and Tabitha left the group.
This episode: You know what sounds really good after a long night of partying? Brunch! Find out what decadent morsels our heroes devour when they are granted an audience with the Baron of Dagger Point!

Welcome to Episode 12 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:50 mark of the episode.
Previously: After the really cool boss fight, our heroes have not exactly been... productive. Abandoned cultist barracks, an emaciated man, a magical skeleton, elevator music... You listened to the episode. You know. Tabitha copped a feel. Roarke displayed his medical prowess. Zara tried an unorthodox method of opening her letter. And Frank was made an offer that he surprisingly refused.
This episode: Our sleepy friends have to wake up eventually, right? And what better way to celebrate a big win than waking up from your very long nap and going to a big ol' party?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Welcome to Episode 11 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:48 mark of the episode.
Previously: The gang made their way further into the depths of the cave in search of Margot and the Pestilent of Bolest. And boy, they certainly found some things. Tabitha pulled a "Wanted" (well, maybe not according to Andrew). Zara believed she could fly. Frank went full Britney Spears. And Roarke won't be taking his gun to town. Because it's missing.
This episode: Margot's dead? Okay, cool. Now there's just a couple more questions to deal with: where the hell is Bolest and who the hell is this huge, skeletal, winged, dead guy?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Previously: Searching for answers, the gang made their way back to Dagger Point, obtaining supplies to cross the chasm in the black stone cave and strike down whatever foul forces might be lurking deeper within. Roarke was (grappling) hooked on a feeling. Tabitha made a bargain. Frank decided to be a riddle master. And Zara had her first Abernathy... experience. What a weird old man.
This episode: At last, after taking many detours and walking through way too much raw sewage, our plucky protagonists come face to face with the source of the plague. But will they be able to put an end to it once and for all?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Previously: The split party spent a restless night on the mountain, plagued by dreams of ill omens, past memories, and beings beyond their understanding. The next morning, they found the entrance to a cave of black stone with strange markings covering it. Zara gave it a "good morning rub." Frank was very intrigued by a large hole in the ground. Roarke suggested a different approach. And Tabitha came back to the group.
This episode: Convinced that they must have missed something in the sewers, our wanton wanderers journey back down the mountain. Will they find the answers they're searching for back in Dagger Point?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Sat, 19 Aug 2017 17:50:39 +0000
Welcome to Episode 8 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:48 mark of the episode.
Previously: Our bumbling band made their way past the plague creatures and up the mountain, stopping at the remains of a small village to rest and search for clues on the location of the Pestilent of Bolest's hideout. Frank and Roarke went on a scavenger hunt and found a magical arrow. Tabitha decided to try her hand at killing Frank. And Zara just wanted to go to sleep. Is that really too much to ask?
This episode: Following Frank and Tabitha's altercation over the arrow, the party is broken. Tabitha is who-knows-where while the others spend the night in the hamlet. But as they sleep, a strange power looms over them...
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Sun, 13 Aug 2017 13:26:28 +0000
Welcome to Episode 7 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:47 mark of the episode.
Previously: The gang continued through the Dagger Point Sewers on their search for Margot and the Pestilent of Bolest. Frank realized that maybe spiders aren't as cool as he thought. Tabitha got up close and personal with a bloated dead guy. Roarke got sticky. And Zara made some Bug Juice. Yummy. Once our heroes(?) finally emerged outside of Dagger Point, they were greeted by - you guessed it - bloated, poisonous plague creatures.
This episode: After making it out of the sewers, our fearsome foursome has a literal mountain to climb in order to find the source of the plague creatures. But as they make their way up and come across a small village, it becomes increasingly clear that all is not well in the group.

Sat, 05 Aug 2017 08:00:36 +0000
Welcome to Episode 6 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:48 mark of the episode.
Previously: Our motley crew made their way down into the Dagger Point Sewers to find the hideout of Margot and the Pestilent of Bolest. Frank viciously choked a man to death with his bare, bony hands. Tabitha objected to murder for once, purely out of practicality. Roarke reminded the group that everyone accidentally kills people sometimes. And our sweet cleric Zara was left wondering what the hell she's gotten herself into. Bless her.
This episode: Braving the dangers of poop water, large insects, cultists, traps, and who-knows-what-else, our intrepid adventurers continue deeper into the depths of the sewers. Will they emerge in time to put an end to this plague cult business before it's too late?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Welcome to Episode 5 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:47 mark of the episode.
Previously: After a brief fight with the gang right in the middle of The Peach Pit, Matron Margot disappeared - causing many of the brothel's employees to realize their minds had been meddled with. Investigating Margot's room, our heroes found a journal with information about a deity named Bolest, as well as the way to the cult's hideout. Dan realized he has a penis disease, but it's probably getting better. He stayed behind for one last show while Tabitha, Frank, and Roarke set out to find the cult. At the entrance to the sewers, they found Zara - an elf who was being abducted by the plague cult. Hello life debt!
This episode: With a new party member in tow, our ballsy band is about to descend into smelly, smelly darkness in pursuit of the Pestilent of Bolest. What dangers will await them in the depths of the Dagger Point Sewers?

Welcome to Episode 4 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 5:56 mark of the episode.
Previously: Hot on the trail of the plague cult, the gang found themselves at The Peach Pit. Along the way, Tabitha got herself a spy, Frank got a sweet new hairdo, and Roarke bought some... turnips? They met a man named Dan, who plays some sweet tunes on the sex phone. I mean saxophone. Oh- and it turns out that Matron Margot, the lady who runs The Peach Pit, is the leader of the plague cult. So there's that to deal with.
This episode: With Margot revealing her identity as the leader of the cult, it seems our perplexed Peach Pit patrons have no choice but to get it on. But will it be in a sexy way or a fight for their lives sort of way?
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Dan Dantonite: Nelson Tilley / Zara: Sarah Katherine Zanotti

Welcome to Episode 3 of The Quest Company! To skip the backstories, go to the 4:40 mark of the episode.
Previously: It's been an... interesting first night in Dagger Point. Tabitha showed some cleavage, Frank got disassembled and reassembled, and Roarke got a butcher knife stuck in his chest. George, the proprietor of The Cat's End, is very dead and the gang is glad they didn't eat any of that meat. Because it was people. The meat was people. Yum.
This episode: Our daring delinquents are now on the trail of the mysterious plague cult. That can only mean one thing... a trip to the brothel.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson / Dan Dantonite: Nelson Tilley
Episode 2 – Danger in Dagger Point
Sat, 08 Jul 2017 10:00:29 +0000
Previously: After some convincing from Tabitha, Ceidron the Satyr granted our heroes passage to Dagger Point and charged them to find and kill whoever has been corrupting the Hollow Woods. The gang accepted the offer, because how else are they going to wake up everyone in Crestport so that Frank and Roarke can get their bounty money?
This episode: While poking around trying to get some answers, our capable crusaders are totally inconspicuous. Seriously, no one could ever be suspicious of them when they're undercover. They're that good.
Dungeon Master: Andrew Johnson / Tabitha: Brooke Muriel Ferguson / Frank: Joe Cash / Roarke Blackwater: Jonah M. Jackson
