The Great Parade arrives in Tekharat. The city alights with paper lanterns, musicians play on street corners, and vendors hawk delicious wares. The Duskmarch readies itself to receive its new patrons, conjuring its canvas district of wonders, and the fabled Twilight Circus prepares for opening night.
Meanwhile, the summit between the Prismarium and the Council of Captains is held in gleaming House Socolla on high, and our young heroes see first hand the turning of global politics.
