SESSION 1 - The Life of Clyde
The days of the living are numbered in Falkovnia.

Falkovnia is a land besieged by the dead. Miles of empty countryside, now containing nothing but ruined cities, crumbled towns, and stragglers of the undead horde, surround the only city with living people in it remaining in Falkovnia: Lekar. Lekar remains as humanity's last stand against the dead, and the people within work tirelessly to fortify the city, in a failing attempt to keep the dead out. The military, led by General Vladeska Drakov, has turned against the people, making them prisoners in their own homes. Food is rationed, and grueling labor is enforced, all in the name of security for the people.

Clyde Wulfstein is just one man trying to live through another month in this wretched place. Plagued by his older brother's death years prior, Clyde spends his waking moments trying to protect his little brother, Driscoll, from the dangers outside and inside the walls of Lekar. But as Clyde spends his days tolling away as a farrier for the Falkovnian army, he can't help but look up towards the mist and wonder: is there a way to set everyone free from the horrors of Falkovnia, forever?
