The exact story of the battle is still widely debated. Some say the gods favored Bjorn, reaching down from the heavens to wipe out the empire in one blow. Others have heard Bjorn himself commanded the empire to stand down with one swing of his battle hammer. Many rumors have been told but one thing is certain, after only a few hours of fighting a million were dead, the Teiflings were in full retreat, and the Alliance had won the war.
