Chapter 2: The Return

Many leagues from the Dead Fields of Duildur, an old wizard and two dwarves are out for a leisurely ride about the countryside when they come across a strange sight: a mysterious creature, unconscious in a shadowy cloak of ash and soot. The three friends release the shadow-imprisoned dwarf and set about nursing him back to health before setting out with him on a dangerous journey.
